For one of our clients in Geneva, we are recruiting a Senior Front Office Data and Analytics Engineer who is open-minded and client-oriented, is passionate about his work, who believes in success and has a strong team spirit. Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with traders, analysts, and portfolio managers to understand data and research needs and deliver scalable solutions.
• Design, implement, and maintain real-time and batch data pipelines across internal and external sources.
• Manage and optimize data workflows on AWS, including containerized environments with Docker.
• Ingest, transform, and serve large-scale multi-asset financial datasets using Python, Snowflake, and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and availability across the Front Office ecosystem.
• Provide first-line production support, including troubleshooting data issues, monitoring pipeline health, and responding quickly to Front Office needs.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Front Office engineer, ideally within buy-side, sell-side, or trading environments.
• Strong expertise in Python and solid software engineering practices (version control, testing, CI/CD).
• Proven track record building robust data pipelines in cloud-native environments (AWS preferred).
• Experience with Docker and container-based deployments.
• Strong knowledge of Snowflake and NoSQL databases (especially MongoDB).
• Good understanding of financial markets and instruments (Fixed Income, Credit, Interest Rates, etc.).
• Proactive mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-moving Front Office setting.
