Job Description

The senior finance analyst - Project Office will be responsible for defining and implementing the costing solution for the machine business unit

He is responsible for managing projects and initiatives to enhance effective end-to-end Finance process. He/she manages the project roadmap and timeline and project status reporting. He/She also coordinate with the IT teams to ensure all the technical functionalities or issues are properly addressed to support the delivery of the Finance project. The senior analyst- Project Office ensures the resolution of all the escalations and issues assignment on a timely manner.

The Senior finance analyst - project office is responsible for producing the reporting and status document of projects under his responsibility as well as coordinating and communicating with all stakeholders (internal & external)

• Define and manage the projects timeline and roadmap
• Define the functional requirements in line with the business requirements.
• Define the test plan and requirements and test scenarios
• Coordinate and manage the technical requirements and its delivery with the IT teams
• Produce projects status document and templates
• Knowledge of the Agile methodology to act as product owner
• Define the global to be process in line with the group policies and Business Process Blue Prints
• Identify, manage and deliver project and process improvement initiatives as directed;
• Coordinate with the team and the management all the aspects and steps of the initiatives/projects delivery

The Successful Applicant

• 2-3 years experience in projects management
• 3-5 years work experience in an environment preferably within a medium to large international company with a matrix business structure
• Experience in managing medium size projects
• Understanding of budgetary process and responsibility
• Experience of preparing and delivering presentations to middle management Experience with shared Service centres
• Analytical Thinking
• Attention to Detail
• Problem Solving & results oriented
• Fluent in English - French is a plus
