Senior Financial Planning & Analytics Analyst

Your mission :
In this role, you will support the international region with P&L management, analytics, budgeting, and forecasting, collaborating with business leaders. The position is based in Morges, reporting to the Associate Director FP&A.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with annual OPEX budgets and forecasts for business units and regions.
• Support P&L management and brand investments with HQ FP&A and business partners.
• Provide variance, trend, and benchmark analysis to business leaders.
• Create monthly management reports.
• Manage inter-departmental accounting allocations.
• Review and improve data accuracy in accounting transactions and accruals.
• Drive process efficiencies and improvements.
• Handle ad-hoc finance projects.

Your profile :

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics or related field.
• 6+ years of finance experience, preferably in Pharma/Life Science/Biotech.
• Strong analytical skills with BI/reporting tools; Hyperion preferred, SAP required.
• Advanced Excel skills, including macros and modeling.
• Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Strong quantitative, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter, independent, problem-solver.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
