Lead and manage end-to-end project execution, from planning through to implementation and closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Oversee the day-to-day management of project activities, providing hands-on leadership to ensure timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met efficiently, while fostering collaboration and bringing teams together across workstreams.Oversee the Project Management Office (PMO) aspects, ensuring that governance structures, reporting mechanisms, and documentation standards are maintained for efficient project oversight and control.Coordinate multiple workstreams across cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless integration and collaboration towards common goals.Facilitate project core team, enabling them to make timely and informed decisions, and providing critical updates on project progress, risks, and issues.Employ a hybrid approach to project management, balancing Agile practices with classical methodologies to effectively manage risks and deliver high-quality outcomes.Drive the definition, prioritization, and execution of project roadmaps, ensuring that all teams are aligned and focused on achieving key milestones.Oversee the identification and mitigation of project risks, ensuring that potential obstacles are managed proactively.Collaborate closely with architecture, engineering, data science, and other technical teams to ensure that project deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and innovation.
