Description du poste :
- Sanctions Management: Act as the Group referent for all sanctions topics, ensuring compliance with international sanctions (UN, EU, SECO).
- Monitoring and Control: Establish a sanctions monitoring program, conduct reviews, and implement controls.
- Analysis and Assessment: Analyze transactions and business relationships to identify and mitigate sanctions risks.
- Training and Awareness: Develop and deliver training programs on sanctions compliance.
- Reporting and Communication: Prepare reports for senior management and regulatory authorities; act as the primary contact for sanctions inquiries.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with legal, risk management, and other departments to ensure a consistent approach.
- Regulatory Monitoring: Stay informed about regulatory developments and adapt policies accordingly.
- Team Leadership: Manage and support the sanctions compliance team, overseeing recruitment, training, and performance.
Description du profil :
Education and Experience:
- Education: Higher education with specialized training in sanctions (e.g., CAS Financial Services).
- Experience: At least 7-10 years of experience in a similar position, with a strong background in private banking and sanctions compliance. Proven success in a similar role within a Swiss bank or Big4 firm is highly desirable.
- Language: Fluent in English and French, both oral and written.
- Residence: Swiss resident mandatory, or valid Swiss permit already in hand.
