Design and Implementation: Configure and develop custom ServiceNow applications and workflows to align with client goals.Integration Expertise: Seamlessly integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST, SOAP APIs, and other protocols.Performance Optimization: Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance platform performance, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.Leadership and Mentoring: Provide technical guidance to the team and mentor junior developers.Documentation: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and ensure solutions adhere to development standards.What Weâre Looking For

p>Experience:

5+ years of ServiceNow development, focusing on ITSM and CSM modules.Experience with additional modules like GRC, HRSD, or AP is a plus.

p>Technical Skills:

Strong scripting knowledge and proficiency with tools like Flow Designer and Integration Hub.Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture and ITIL/ITSM principles.Expertise in integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems.

p>Certifications (Preferred):

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).ITIL Foundation Certification.
