Job Highlights :
Strong experience in Chinese (preferably indo-chinese) cuisine including all varieties of noodles and rice
Profound knowledge of different kinds of beverages
Deep knowledge of every aspect of Chinese dishes
Proficient with BBQ and Chinese specialty equipment (such as Wok)
Develop new menu options based on seasonal changes and customer demand.
Assist with the preparation and planning of meal designs.
Recruit and train new kitchen employees to meet restaurant and kitchen standards.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Experienced (min 5+ years in a well reputed restaurant or hotel) and Qualified (pref-erably a diploma or a degree in Hospitality)
A commitment to work for a minimum of two years at our restaurants here in Swit-zerland is expected
Sound knowledge of the Chinese speciality cuisine (preferably Indo-Chinese cuisine) and Chinese cooking techniques.
Additional Language of German would be preferred
Required Candidate profilee :
5+ yrs in hotel industry with experience in Indian kitchen
