Specialist Scheduling & Logistics

For our partner located in the Neuchâtel region, the Gi Life Sciences team is looking for a : Specialist Scheduling & Logistics

Temporary long-term

Main mission:

You will be responsible for planning and monitoring patient treatment schedules for product manufacturing and maintain a relationship of trust with the company's sales team and clinical partners.

Tasks :

• Act as the primary and primary point of contact for centers and sites
• Create and maintain patient schedules and schedules through the scheduling software
• Delivery, transportation and manufacturing activities managementSolve problems and develop action plans when necessary
• Interact with internal and external stakeholders
• Actively participate in meetings as required
• Draft, update and apply assigned work instructions and procedures

Profile :

• Bachelor's or Bachelor's
• Proven experience in customer service, logistics, supply chain or patient service
• Ability to manage complex situations and work independently and quickly
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexible for international travel, up to 10%
• Computer skills, including SAP software
• Fluent in English and French
