Cosmetic Physician Partners (CPP) is on a mission to build Europe's leading network of physician-led medical aesthetic clinics. Backed by the success of our U.S. counterparts—who achieved remarkable growth in under three years—we're a startup ready to make waves in Europe. Our team is a tight-knit group with backgrounds from Harvard, INSEAD, and McKinsey. This role is for the 5th or 6th employee, so you're getting in on the ground floor!

Position: Strategy and Operations Associate / Founder's Associate

The Role:
We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. You'll work directly with the Head of Operations, wearing many hats while balancing strategy with hands-on execution. If you're keen on action and eager to build something big, this is the place for you.

•Execute: Roll up your sleeves to implement operational initiatives and integrate clinics into the network.
•Analyze: Dive into data to uncover insights and inform key decisions.
•Collaborate: Partner with clinics and internal teams to streamline processes.
•Innovate: Bring fresh ideas to the table and challenge the status quo.

Preferred Experience:
•Previous startup experience or consulting background (though we already have a few consultants!).
•Proficiency with Microsoft tools.
•Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
