CONTEXT

This role is part of Richemont-s Group Sustainability team, reporting to the ESG Engagement Director. Group Sustainability sets the strategic framework for the Group and leads the coordination of the Maisons and Sustainability heads to ensure a common understanding of the Group-s approach and an effective implementation. This role supports in the animation of the community through monthly calls, seminars, webinars as well as individual ones including roadshows, meetings and training sessions.


HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

  • Establish a structured schedule for bi-monthly calls and annual seminars to foster regular engagement and knowledge exchange.
  • Develop internal tools to track projects and progress against framework.
  • Support the engagement team by coordinating communication projects with the sustainability network, sharing updates, resources and best practices through various channels to raise awareness the key projects the Group-s roadmap
  • Collaborate with the Sustainability Academy to integrate training needs shared by sustainability colleagues into training development programmes.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?


  • An advanced degree, preferably with a specialisation in sustainability
  • 3 to 5+ year work experience in corporations  
  • Strong project management skills, able to conduct complex projects with many internal and external stakeholders
  • Familiarity with regulations such as devoir de vigilance and CS3D is a plus
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills. Must be adept at translating complex concepts into actionable plans
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent attention to detail, thoroughness
  • Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken, able to speak in front of large audience online and offline
