Reporting to the Head of Store Design Planning Team & Visual Merchandising, the Store Design Planning Project Manager is responsible for producing planning and following projects from the layout to installation, in accordance with the concept and creative strategies.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?


  • You collaborate with HQ partners Store Design and Markets to achieve budget and timing goals
  • You implement and execute overall project management strategy and objectives to help ensure the company achieves its overall business objectives

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?


Design package****     

  • You follow the production of plans, elevations and renderings working with external agencies, based on layout/sketches from the architects
  • You modify the design package accordingly to feedbacks from the team/ local markets/ top management, and you provide design package on time to meet the deadlines 
  • You prepare monthly presentation to top management

Bidding processes**** 

  • You are responsible for managing the planning and follow the tenders, as well as for tracking budget
  • You manage timing management in coordination with local procurement and commercial management 

Project Management (in support and complement of SDP Manager)  

  • You source alternative materials and you convert creative brief from HQ to local technical deployment 
  • You launch, coordinate and deploy production  
  • You work closely with architects, contractors and relevant internal departments to ensure each party has fulfilled its objectives and carried out its responsibility 

Maintaining Quality of boutiques 

  • You advise with quality enhancements of boutiques after their openings, i.e. upgrades, renovations, improved fixtures and design 
  • You work precisely to ensure the brand-s image are met on each project 

Requirements

You are motivated by:


  •  Working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment 
  •  Using your fluency in English and French everyday

You have:

  • A Master-s degree or equivalent in Project Management 
  • Experience in site monitoring and/or architecture project management, with Technical     knowledge of construction aspects, Project Management skills (Quality, Costs, Deadlines), and Time scheduling 
  • An expertise in layout, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations
  • IT knowledge (Autocad, Sketchup, Photoshop, Excel - a big plus)
  • Demonstrated that you are well organized, autonomous, analytic thinker with strong written    and oral skills, open-minded with an eye for design, color, volume
